  • Our jewellery is made using 3D printing technology. As a result, slight variations, surface textures, or minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of the process. These are not considered faults but part of the uniqueness of handmade and 3D printed products.

  • We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in materials.

  • All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or update products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • We are not VAT registered. Therefore, VAT is not charged on our products.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the available payment methods at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5. Shopify Payments & Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment information is processed through Shopify Payments or other approved third-party gateways.

  • By using these services, you agree to their separate terms and privacy policies.

  • We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, customs checks).

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered.

8. Custom & Personalised Orders

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any personalisation details you provide are correct.

All content on this website (including images, logos, text, and product designs) is the property of Fabricate X Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

10. Liability

    • Injuries, allergic reactions, or harm caused by wearing jewellery in unsafe or unsuitable conditions (including, but not limited to, swallowing, choking hazards, skin sensitivities, or exposure to chemicals).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring jewellery is used appropriately and kept away from small children or vulnerable individuals.
