Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • Custom-made/personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Sale and  items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
