International Shipping & Customs
For orders delivered outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Parcels

Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the packaging and product. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
